1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Meet HR Jobs Connect (“we,” “us,” “our”), including resume writing, ATS optimization, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letter writing, Gulf/GCC CV writing, and related career services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront, in full, to confirm and begin any work order. Work does not commence until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as each order involves custom, personalized work. This policy applies to change-of-mind requests once work is underway — it does not limit any right you may have under Indian consumer protection law where a service is not delivered at all or is materially different from what was ordered.

Payment errors — such as duplicate charges or a failed transaction where funds were still deducted — are handled separately from service refunds, per PhonePe's standard payment resolution process, and are not subject to this no-refund policy.

4. Revisions

Each service includes one free revision, which must be requested within 7 days of the initial delivery of the completed work. Revision requests should relate to refining or correcting the original scope of work. Additional revisions, or requests made after the 7-day window, may be subject to an additional charge at our discretion.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours from confirmed payment and receipt of all information needed to begin work, unless otherwise communicated. Delays caused by incomplete information from the client may extend this timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful information about your work history, skills, and qualifications. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the final resume or profile that result from inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

While our services are designed to improve your chances of being shortlisted and interviewed, we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers.

8. Intellectual Property

Once delivered and paid for, the final resume, cover letter, or profile content becomes the property of the client for their personal use. We retain the right to reference completed work, without identifying details, for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost job opportunities or lost income.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
