JothiKanth founded Meet HR Jobs Connect in 2024 from Kannur, Kerala, with a simple observation: most qualified candidates weren't losing out because they lacked ability — they were losing out because their resumes never made it past an Applicant Tracking System, and their LinkedIn profile said nothing a recruiter could search for.

Since then, Meet HR Jobs Connect has worked with 900+ candidates and delivered 880+ resumes — for freshers writing their first resume, working professionals stuck without interview calls, and Gulf-bound candidates preparing GCC-compliant CVs for the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
