You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit our ability to continue an in-progress order.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to deliver the service you have requested — writing or optimizing your resume, scoring your resume against ATS criteria, or optimizing your LinkedIn profile. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and providing related support.

5. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure. Resume files and personal information submitted through our tools are retained only as long as needed to complete and support your order, and are discarded within 30 days of submission unless a longer period is required to resolve an active order or revision request.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your resume or personal details with third parties, except service providers strictly necessary to operate our platform (such as payment processing and secure file storage), or where required by law.

If you use our AI Resume Builder, relevant resume content is processed by our AI service provider to generate your resume draft. This may involve processing outside India. We only share what is necessary to generate your resume, and this data is not used to train AI models beyond your individual request.

7. Payment Information

Payments are processed through PhonePe. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers — this information is handled directly by our payment processor.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hr@meethr.in. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to support core site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.
